OUR EVENTS

We try to do as many relevant initiatives as possible, both for companies as well as citizens.

Most of our events are held in our house at Rantzausgade 4, but we also do many online activities to make it easier for people to attend our events.

For us it is very important to be visible all over the region of North Denmark. Therefore, we do many events and do trips out of the house such as, career fairs, giving lectures and company visits all over the region.

We have many great partners and we often do events in a collaboration with them.

We have 2 annual events called: “Diversity Evening” and “Internationals’ Fair North Denmark”. They are described further down at this page.

Our annual events

Each year we have 2 main big events:

  • Internationals’ Fair North Denmark - Every year International House North Denmark organises an Internationals’ Fair to introduce and connect newcomers and expats to public, private, and volunteer organisations.

  • Diversity Evening - An annual cooperation with Aalborg Zoo & Aalborg Municipality’s Integration Council held at the Zoo.

Diversity Evening

Every year Aalborg Zoo, Aalborg Municipality’s Integration Counsel and International House North Denmark celebrates diversity by inviting all international citizens to a free afternoon in Aalborg Zoo. Bring your family and friends to this cosy ”get together” free-of-charge evening for all expats living in Aalborg.

You will be able to buy food and beverages in the restaurant at the Zoo or you can bring your own food and grill it at the barbecue place.
