Retaining Your New International Employee

  • Our Expat Host Programme is designed to find a relevant host for your international employees and guarantee they become better in navigating in the Danish culture and labour market.

  • We can assist your international employees in building friendships in North Denmark by helping them join a sports club or find their wished leisure activity – we can also guide them towards special activities for children in the local area.

  • You and your international employees can be given information about Danish-language courses and offer and receive support in the registration process.

  • IHND can organise and host workshops/webinars about cultural differences and support your company to break down cultural barriers across your organisation.
